Ingredients

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Make a well in the center of your dry mix and add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Whisk together until combined. Don’t over mix.
  • Spray your waffle iron and add batter.
  • Cook until golden brown.
