Ingredients

butter, softened

egg, room temperature

tsp
vanilla
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon

cup
brown sugar
¼
cup
sugar

flour

tsp
baking soda
pinch of baking powder

chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream together butter, egg, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and both sugars for 4-5 minutes using a stand mixer.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and a pinch of baking powder. Stir together.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Pop them in the freezer for an hour, then place them in a freezer safe bag.
Label the bag with these baking directions: Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes.
Notes
Note: If you’re baking freshly mixed cookie dough, cut baking time to 10 minutes.
