Well planned and thoroughly detailed!

The Heritage School Sourdough course for kids is FANTASTIC. Not only is it well planned out and thoroughly detailed, it’s engaging and comprehensive. The science, history, math and home economics included make it a unit study that really can stand on its own as a mini curriculum. Teaching our children the lost skills of baking and cooking is a high priority on my homeschool mama to do list, and Autumn’s course gave us exactly the jumpstart we needed to dive into sourdough as a family. My 8 year old is beyond excited to learn the art of sourdough, and I’m excited that she can take on some of the daily tasks of caring for our starter and baking off of my own plate!
