1loaf Sourdough bread
8eggs
1cupwhole milk
1cupheavy cream
1/2cupsugar
1/4cupbrown sugar
2Tbspvanilla
Crumble
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
2/3cupflour
3tspcinnamon
1/4cupbutter
Instructions
Start by slicing your sourdough loaf into 1-inch cubes. Toss your bread cubes into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl add eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir.
Pour the mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat your oven to 350° and prepare the crumble by mixing sugar, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter and sprinkle on top of the bread and egg mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven or until golden brown.
