Ingredients
1½cupswater
⅓cupavocado oil
⅓cuphoney
2tspsalt
1egg
2tbspsunflower lecithin
4½cups50/50 mix of hard red and hard white wheat flour
1tbspinstant yeast
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine water, oil, honey, salt, and egg.
Add half of the flour and sunflower lecithin and then begin kneading with the dough hook attachment. Once combined, add yeast and the rest of the flour.
Knead dough until it's smooth and elastic. This will proabaly take about 5-6 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled. This takes about an hour.
Divide the dough into 16 portions and shape into balls. Place the balls on a greased cookie sheet.
