Ingredients

melted butter

sugar

vanilla extract

eggs, room temperature

fresh milled soft white wheat flour
(about 1 1/2 cups soft white wheat berries)

cocoa poweder

baking powder

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan. You can also line the pan with parchment paper and use it as a sling to remove the brownies.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Then add eggs and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine fresh milled flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until combined.
Pour brownie batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
