- 1 cup soft white (about 3/4 cup of soft white wheat berries)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Butter Topping
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp parsley
Note: If you find that your dough isn't coming together you can add a splash of milk.
